Found Puppy with Cut Ears Now Has a New Home
A Labrador-shepherd puppy has been found in a dumpster near Mission Valley Target and was brought to the San Diego Department of Animal Services. Despite “Sunny’s” (puppy name) cut ears, he seems so healthy and playful in his new home with Candy Schumann (Volunteer Executive Director of Spay and Neuter Action Project).
Animal cruelty like whatever was done to Sunny involves penalty (felony animal cruelty). Those who commit such should be penalized in state prison and $1000 fine. The department now offers a $3000 reward to anyone who can provide information about the suspect of the crime. For more info check www.msnbc.msn.com/id/40442635/ns/health-pet_health
